What an incredible display of talent in this contest! While my original idea was to create a new doll, placed in a couture fashion runway setting ... the dolls that were outside this idea were the majority so we just based the contest on the doll dressing in each division (or concept). The winners were chosen by our panel of judges. Each judge sent me their vote, and the dolls that received at least 3 votes won in each division.
